By the end of my bachelor's, I went to work for a small shop that sold musical boxes, snowglobes and all kinds of magical trinkets.
My goal was to guarantee the client had the most delightful experience!
Working here taught me the importance of creating empathy and how the customer's overall experience is reflected in the business performance.
During my master's I learned about UX and UI and realized that this was what I was looking for all along. I was eager to learn more about this field and in no time I was participating in Hackathons and Game Jams.
Once I finished my studies, I started working as a UX/UI designer for companies in multiple industries.
I'm currently working at F-Secure in Helsinki.
